Qualifications:

Graduate of any two-year course or with at least 72 college units, preferably in a business-related field.
Open for Fresh Graduates
Accredited Real Estate Salesperson or Licensed Real Estate Broker is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:

Promote and sell Megaworld Alpha's projects to prospective clients.
Actively participate in company-organized marketing and business activities.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns.
Respond promptly to inquiries, requests, and concerns from potential and existing buyers.
Identify potential clients, negotiate terms, and successfully close sales.
Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support business goals.
