Social Media Manager

This role can both be part-time (e.g. 15-20h/week) or full-time (e.g. 40h/week).

If you're someone who learns fast, I don't require you to have experience.
But obviously the person who both learns fast AND has experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Manager or similar role has an edge.

The only must-have? You KNOW from yourself that you pay attention to details.
If you often forget to do things, or miss small details here and there, this job is not for you.

DAILY WORK

Not all of the below are part of the work.
I just listed them to give you a practical view of what "work" can look like.

- Social Media Management:
• Tasks to grow our platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram & YouTube.
- Creating & Updating Reports (Google Sheets)
- Administrative tasks
- Customer Support (only a handful emails/day, no Phone-support)
- Finding Documents for our Bookkeeping (in Google Drive, Email, etc.)

I want to know what you naturally enjoy the most.
I know from myself that I create my best work in those areas.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Helping me maintain our E-commerce side of the business.
- A lot of 5-15min simple & clear tasks that are already documented in SOP's

Growing our Social Media for the personal brand.
- Doing existing tasks to grow our audience and email list through YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
- Thinking about & experimenting with new things we can do to grow on Social Media (mainly YouTube & LinkedIn)
