Remote Team Manager
Salary: Between 40,000 and 45,000 PHP per month (based on experience and attitude)

We are a trusted and experienced supplier of industrial tools and machinery, known for our strong online presence. Our dedicated team, comprised of both Australian and international staff, collaborates daily on tasks such as project coordination, product sourcing, pricing, quoting, and online marketing.

You are detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled at creating and managing systems to ensure smooth operations. You thrive in achieving both personal milestones and contributing to the team's collective accomplishments.

Requirements:
Proven experience in sales and team management.
A positive attitude paired with a conscientious and proactive work ethic.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Advanced administration experience, prioritizing accuracy over speed.
Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and other office applications.
Access to a reliable computer and stable internet connection.
Commitment to exclusive employment—this is a full-time position.
Full-time availability—this is not a part-time or casual role.
