.NET Web developer / Programmer

I am looking for someone to help with an assortment of software development and internet business activities. The key programming skills I need are:

C#, .Net MVC, MS SQL Server 2008, AJAX, Backbone, JQuery, JQuery Mobile, HTML 5 and CSS 3

Secondary programming skills we are looking for are:

VB Script, PHP, My SQL

Aside from programming skills, we also need someone who will help with other web based tools that we use that any IT savvy person should be able to help with. These include Workbooks, Mailchimp, Adwords and a number of other things.
