Full Time Video Editor & Graphic Designer

Hello! My name is Naicke, and I run an online business called “LIT Crypto.” I help people from around the world learn how to invest, trade, and make money using cryptocurrency. I have a TikTok following of 27,000, and I am now looking to scale my primarily YouTube accounts, and second Instagram account. We are looking for a skilled video editor with whom I can build a long term (many years) relationship as my go to video editor and graphic designer.

Your daily tasks will require 4 main skill sets:

1) Video Editing - Apply advanced editing techniques, including music selection, graphics, and color grading, to enhance viewer retention. You should be deeply familiar with internet culture and have a solid understanding of what makes content engaging and viral.

2) Social Media and Graphics - Graphic design capabilities to create youtube thumbnails and Instagram thumbnails.

3) Motion Graphic & Animation - Ability to add multiple motion graphic and Animation that is related to content topic to bring a visual effect to the message being spoken to better engagie and entertain viewers to increase retention rate.

4) You must be fluent in the English language.

You will need to be able to start and finish editing a long form video within 1-2 days. Keep in mind, 99% of all raw footage will be talking head videos. Please ensure your portfolio display talking head videos.

I will be testing your ability to take information and make the video captivating. Over 90% of your time will be dedicated to editing engaging, high-quality long-form videos for the channel. Short-form content is not the priority for this role and will require only a small portion of your time. Our main focus is creating impactful, extended content that resonates with our audience.

Your monthly compensation will be determined during your interview process. It will be based on your video editing and graphic design capabilities
