Web app and the corresponding WordPress blog must match in their design and content.

I would like to find someone with a good sense of design, logic, and user experience, who could help me to improve my WordPress blog to match my web app. I expect this person know web programming (php) to be able to improve my web app design. I would like to improve the website structure and content management. I will appreciate a person who is attentive to details and is a good communicator. I see the improvements in the areas of design of both domains, menu structure, logical links, better user experience.
