We are a construction company located in the US looking for a bookkeeper to join our team. We have a fun company culture and are looking for someone that fits our culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
-- Reconcile accounts and ensure the books are balanced.
-- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability.
- Accounts Receivables:
-- Send invoices via quickbooks
- Vendor Payments:
-- Process payments to vendors accurately and on time.
-- Maintain positive relationships with vendors by ensuring clear communication regarding payments.
- Project Auditing:
-- Perform routine audits on projects to determine areas of improvement in regards to job costing and execution.
- Reporting:
-- Generate periodic financial reports for management review.
-- Identify areas for cost-saving opportunities and provide insights for financial planning.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Quickbooks
- Experience in the construction industry
Required:
- Fluent in English
