Email Scanning

I am looking for someone to crawl Amazon for Seller and Vendor Central Emails. Even do the same for shopify and Walmart. I would like to email those contacts, a specific email each month. If you have a solution for crawling for email address and also a solution to manage emails without them all being flagged as spam.
