Creative Tshirt and Graphics Designer Wanted

I am looking for a very creative graphics designer who has a strong understanding and working knowledge of Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign). A strong attention to detail and an ability to create original designs. Also can take an idea given to them and use your creativity to make it a great design. The designs will go on products like purses, shirts and many more. We need someone who can put out GREAT Designs FAST, so we can test the designs with our customers. Will start part time. If compatible with our vision and culture will hire full time with Bonuses and incentives.
