Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer to design, develop, and implement a membership site and an internal employee portal. These tools will streamline operations, integrate AI capabilities, and provide an exceptional experience for both clients and employees.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating secure, intuitive, and visually appealing platforms. You will be responsible for developing a membership site for clients to manage their profiles and an employee dashboard for internal matchmaking and account management.

Key Responsibilities
1. Membership Platform Development
Create a desktop-focused membership platform optimized for mobile devices.
Implement features for members to:
Log in securely via SMS or email-generated links.
Edit their profiles, including uploading photos, writing bios, and selecting from dropdown menus (e.g., race, gender, height, etc.).
Access matches as facilitated by company representatives.
Engage in private messaging and optional video chats (contingent on budget).
Ensure inactive profiles are automatically deleted to maintain a clean database.
2. Employee Portal Development
Build a secure portal for company representatives to:
Log in and manage member profiles.
Create new profiles by entering essential details (e.g., name, contact info, address).
Access and review AI-suggested matches.
Override AI matches for manual adjustments.
Facilitate the creation and management of matches, including unmatching as needed.
3. AI Integration
Integrate AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for compatibility analysis and match suggestions.
Connect Google Forms questionnaires to feed data into the AI system for more accurate matching recommendations.
4. User Experience and Design
Ensure the platforms are user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with the brand identity.
Prioritize clean, intuitive navigation for both members and employees.
Optimize for fast loading speeds and mobile responsiveness.
5. Security and Compliance
Implement robust security measures to safeguard sensitive client data.
Ensure compliance with global data privacy laws, including GDPR and CCPA.

Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience in full-stack development, including front-end and back-end technologies.
Expertise in web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails).
Strong knowledge of database management (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
Experience integrating AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, GPT-4) into web applications.
Familiarity with secure login/authentication systems (e.g., SMS, email links).
Proficiency in creating responsive, mobile-friendly designs.
Knowledge of APIs and integrating third-party tools (e.g., video chat platforms).
Understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

Preferred Skills
Experience in building matchmaking, dating, or membership platforms.
Familiarity with Wix, but ability to suggest and work on other platforms if necessary.
Knowledge of UX/UI best practices for both desktop and mobile platforms.
Graphic design skills to enhance user interface aesthetics.
