This part-time remote role (20–30 hours/week) is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, creative, and eager to help grow our client base through proactive marketing and outreach strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Admin Tasks (30%):
- Manage
- Organize digital files and maintain client data in Google Drive.
- Prepare and send invoices; follow up on payments.
Marketing Tasks (40%):
- Create and schedule engaging social media posts using Canva and scheduling tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Design
- Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent posting on LinkedIn,
- Write engaging copy for posts and
Client Prospecting on
- Identify and engage with potential client groups or communities on
- Post helpful content in relevant
- Directly message prospects with personalized pitches for consultations.
- Track and organize leads generated through
Qualifications:
Essential Skills:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, and social media platforms
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in lead generation through
- Basic knowledge of accounting or finance (training provided).
- Knowledge of HubSpot CRM is a plus.
