We are a fast-growing SEO agency specializing in helping lawyers and small businesses establish a strong online presence and drive growth through proven SEO strategies. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional results for our clients, and we are looking for a highly organized and driven Project Manager to join us in scaling our efforts to new heights.

We are looking for someone with prior experience managing at least 10-20 clients at a time. We are a US-based digital marketing agency working from 9AM-5PM PST (10PM-6AM Manila Time). Our services include SEO, Premium Web Design, and GMB Optimization. We are looking for someone who is skilled at improving the client experience and customer service, with a proven record of contributing to agency growth and sustainability.

Job Summary:
As the Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing SEO projects, coordinating with tea ---------- mbers, and ensuring the timely delivery of client objectives. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, collaborate with internal teams (SEO strategists, content creators, designers, developers), and oversee the successful execution of SEO campaigns and website designs tailored to lawyers and small businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end SEO projects for multiple clients, ensuring all deliverables meet timelines and quality standards.
Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, maintaining clear communication and managing client expectations.
Develop project plans, timelines, and scopes based on client objectives and SEO strategies.
Coordinate with SEO specialists, content creators, designers, and developers to deliver projects aligned with client goals.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and report results to clients in a clear and actionable manner.
Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends in SEO and digital marketing to ensure client campaigns remain competitive.
Maintain a repository of best practices, workflows, and tools to optimize project delivery.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in a digital marketing or SEO-focused environment (experience working with lawyers or small businesses is a plus).
Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into client-friendly language.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ---------- ) and SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics).
Experience managing cross-functional teams in a remote or hybrid environment.
Client-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills and a problem-solving attitude.

What We Offer:

$1,600 - $2,000/month base + performance-based bonuses. OTE is $2,500 - $3,000/month after 8 months.
