About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Remote Cold Caller to join our team. This is a full-time position requiring excellent communication skills, a professional phone manner, and the ability to generate leads and book appointments.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads
Engage prospects, qualify leads, and schedule appointments
Follow a structured call script while maintaining a natural and engaging conversation
Keep accurate records of calls, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system
Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and appointment targets
Handle objections professionally and persuasively

Requirements:
? Fluent English speaker with no accent (this is essential)
? Proven experience in cold calling, sales, or telemarketing
? Strong communication and persuasion skills
? Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
? Ability to work independently and meet targets
? Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
