Overview:
Kathy Kuo Home is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program/Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful execution of cross-functional programs within our growing business. The Program Manager will act as a strategic leader, ensuring that programs align with our company’s goals, are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while fostering collaboration across teams and driving our continued growth in the luxury home decor industry.

Key Responsibilities:

*Develop detailed program plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication for key initiatives in design, merchandising, logistics, and marketing.
*Coordinate and prioritize multiple projects to achieve program objectives and align with Kathy Kuo Home's strategic goals.
*Monitor program progress and performance, identify potential roadblocks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
*Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams (design, merchandising, operations, customer service) and external partners to ensure seamless program execution.
*Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure strategic alignment and foster effective communication throughout the program lifecycle.
*Regularly communicate program updates, risks, and successes to internal stakeholders, including executive leadership.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, partners, and customers to ensure successful program outcomes.
*Identify and address resource gaps, including talent, materials, technology, and funding.
*Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks to minimize potential impacts on timelines, deliverables, and costs.
*Tackle complex challenges that arise during program execution, ensuring minimal disruption and smooth project delivery.
*Define and track KPIs to assess program effectiveness, efficiency, and alignment with business objectives.
*Prepare detailed reports for leadership, summarizing program progress, outcomes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.


Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
*5+ years of program management or relevant experience, preferably in the retail, design, or home decor industries.
*Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
*Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project).
*Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with the ability to drive collaboration across diverse teams.
*Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to overcome challenges.
