Job Overview:
As a Sales Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team as they engage with prospective clients, manage leads, and close deals. Your role will focus on administrative support, customer outreach, data management, and ensuring smooth sales operations. You’ll work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to help drive our publication’s growth in the exciting world of Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the sales team with lead generation and prospecting, focusing on Blockchain and Cryptocurrency businesses.
• Manage and update CRM databases, ensuring accurate information and tracking sales activities.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities in the crypto and blockchain space.
• Coordinate sales campaigns, follow-ups, and client communication.
• Prepare sales presentations, reports, and proposals.
• Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist with the creation of promotional and sales materials tailored to the cryptocurrency market.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks, scheduling meetings, and preparing documentation.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in sales support or assistant roles (preferably in digital media, tech, or blockchain/crypto and online media publication industries).
• Strong interest in Blockchain technology, Cryptocurrencies, and the digital economy.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
