Account Manager

The Account Manager is the main contact between the company and its clients. You will maintain and grow client relationships by understanding their needs and aligning our services with their goals. You'll work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
Creating long- and short-term plans, setting targets for milestones
Systems subject Matter Expert for the client
Ability to be flexible and take NOTES AND INSTRUCTIONS WELL
Delegating tasks of the project to the employees best suited to complete them
Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options on how to progress with a project
Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
Communicating with executives to keep the project aligned with their goals
Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change.

REQUIREMENTS:
3+ years in the medical/mental health industry
Great personality and Outgoing nature
Lover of learning New things
English speaking and written skills 9/10
Expert level with CGPT, Microsoft and Google Workspace tools
customer facing expertise
Ability to think on your feet and be adaptable to ever changing work environments
Proven experience in project management.
Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
Able to effectively manage priorities.
Project Management experience 5+ years
Budget management experience.
Ability to meet or exceed deadlines
