We are a USA-based digital marketing agency, celebrating 15 years in business this year! With a dedicated team already in the Philippines, we are expanding and looking for a highly skilled Virtual Assistant with GoHighLevel expertise to join our remote team.

Position: Virtual Assistant (GoHighLevel Expert)
Remote – Philippines Only | Full-time / Part-time Available

Responsibilities:
Manage & optimize GoHighLevel CRM, automations, and workflows
Set up & maintain campaigns, funnels, and pipelines for lead generation
Handle client communication, scheduling, and follow-ups
Manage email marketing & SMS campaigns
Monitor & track campaign performance, generating reports
Assist with administrative & marketing tasks as needed

Requirements:
Must have experience with GoHighLevel (CRM, automation, pipelines, campaigns)
Strong digital marketing & lead management skills
Excellent English communication & organizational skills
Ability to work independently & meet deadlines
Tech-savvy & quick to adapt to new tools

Preferred Skills:
Experience with Canva, Zapier, and automation tools
Knowledge of social media management
