This position is for a real estate company that does various developments and flips. We are looking for someone to do data entry reconciliation general entry and if you know Rent Manager that will be a plus. Key responsibilities includes:
1. Recording financial transactions accurately and classifying them in the general ledger.
2. Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable, including verifying invoices, issuing payments, and managing client disbursements.
3. Reconciling bank accounts and credit card statements.
4. Preparing payroll and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
5. Generating financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
6. Assisting with budget preparation and expense tracking.
7. Maintaining organized financial documentation, often using digital systems like rent manager, google drive.
8. Communicating with clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding financial matters.
9. Identifying and reporting discrepancies or potential issues in financial records.
