Email and Visual Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a freelance Email Marketing and Graphic Design Specialist to collaborate with us on a monthly, per-project basis. Scope of Work

Email Marketing
- Develop 4-6 email campaigns per month, including newsletters, promotional emails, and drip campaigns.
- Design professional and visually appealing email templates, incorporating effective layouts, images, and call-to-action buttons.
- Optimize email performance using A/B testing and strategic audience segmentation.
- Ensure emails adhere to brand guidelines and are compatible across various devices and platforms.

Graphic Design
- Create custom graphics for email campaigns, social media, and other marketing materials as needed.
- Design layouts, banners, and infographics to enhance content quality and engagement.
- Ensure all visual assets align with the overall brand identity and standards.

Project Delivery
- Manage tasks independently to meet agreed timelines and project milestones.
- Submit completed work for review by the agreed deadline, incorporating feedback as needed.
- Provide basic performance metrics for email campaigns, such as open rates and click-through rates, upon request.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in email marketing and graphic design (portfolio required).
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple deadlines independently.
- Knowledge of best practices in email marketing and responsive design.

Work Arrangement
- Type: Freelance, project-based.
- Deliverables: 4-6 email campaigns per month, including accompanying graphics.
- Rate: $200 per project, to be released upon approval of the completed work.
- Communication: Minimal communication required, focusing on milestone updates and final project submissions.
