Key Responsibilities
*Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from a provided lead list.
*Generate, qualify, and manage leads through research, calls, and online outreach.
*Effectively present and promote our products/services to prospective clients.
*Build and maintain a detailed database of leads, client interactions, and follow-ups.
*Use persuasive communication techniques to set appointments or close sales.
*Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine lead-generation strategies.
*Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.

Qualifications
*Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, or telemarketing.
*Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
*Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
*Ability to identify and qualify high-quality leads through research and outreach.
*Proficiency in CRM tools and lead management systems is a plus.
