Real Estate Cold Calling

I'm looking for a VA that can follow search criteria for Short Term Rental arbitrage and co-hosting opportunities, make cold calls gauging interest, and relay all information in to a Monday.com CRM form. Looking for experience VAs in this field and are able to adjust tactics as necessary.
