Social Media Marketing/ FB Specialist

Hi there! We are seeking a talented Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage and publish posts throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities:
Utilize Facebook Advertising Tools (Ads Manager) to set up, optimize, and monitor campaigns.
Analyze metrics such as CTR, CPC, and ROI to refine campaign performance.
Craft compelling ad copy and create visually engaging content.
Stay updated with Facebook algorithm changes and platform trends.
Conduct A/B testing and analyze results for continuous campaign improvement.

Qualifications:
Proficiency with Facebook Ads Manager, lookalike audiences, and custom audience creation.
Strong skills in data analysis, copywriting, and visual content design (experience with Canva or Photoshop is a plus).
In-depth understanding of audience segmentation, targeting, and retargeting techniques.
Adaptability to Facebook updates and a commitment to continuous learning.

Compensation:
Pay starts at $5.00/hour, with opportunities up to $7.00/hour based on experience and performance.
