We are seeking a talented Video Editor and Digital Ads Specialist to join our growing team! This is a long-term, part-time position with the potential to transition into full-time based on experience and company growth.

Responsibilities:
• Edit short-form videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and long-form videos (YouTube) with a modern, engaging style.
• Create and optimize digital ads for lead generation and sales, focusing on real estate.
• Develop effective ad campaigns for platforms like Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram to amplify sales.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure all content aligns with brand messaging and goals.

Requirements:
• Exceptional video editing skills with a modern, creative touch.
• Experience in creating digital ads for lead generation and sales amplification.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Instagram Ads.
• A passion for producing high-quality, performance-driven content.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
