Senior E-Commerce Customer Service Representative

We are a fast-growing e-commerce brand that manufactures athletics products. We currently handle all of our customer service ourselves, but we're looking to bring someone on who can take over for us.

-Experience with e-commerce customer service for American brands
-Very familiar with Shopify
-Experienced with shipping and logistics issues
-Fast learner and problem solver
