Looking for Shopify - Customer Service Highly Experienced

Hi
I'm looking for a Customer Service VA who can answer customer emails + Aliexpress seller support
Only 5 years + of Experience will be considered!

Job requirements:
- knowledge of Shopify platform - MUST (not basic)
- knowledge of the Aliexpress platform - MUST (not basic)
- knowledge with Clickup task tool - MUST
- Experience with the Help Scout platform
- Experience with ChatGPT and other AI tools!

Bonus:
- Experience with the Help Scout platform
- handle PayPal or Stripe cases and Chargebacks
- sell repetitive Experience


Detailed training will be provided upon acceptance of the application
