The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently while also being a collaborative team player. The role requires a self-starter with strong efficiency and the ability to manage a high caseload under the supervision of an attorney.

Key Responsibilities:
* Drafting discovery requests and responses
* Drafting motions
* Trial preparation
* Scheduling depositions, court dates, and client meetings
* Client consultations
* Utilizing a web-based case management system

Qualifications:
* Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Adobe
