We are a UK based progressive and fast growing e-commerce agency with multiple projects and clients right now.
As we scale, we need an Recruitment Manager to build our team.
Job Purpose: To recruit new team members and provide additional HR support
Main responsibilities:
Lead on recruiting and inducting new employees and freelancers
Additional responsibilities may evolve to include:
Develop and oversee a training and development programme for employees
Develop and oversee a performance management system for employees including appraisals and pay review
Research and implement employees’ benefits system
Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing relevant government policies and requirements
Developing and maintaining a system for HR records
Developing and maintaining relevant HR policies and procedures as required
Be point of contact for any HR-related enquiries; serve as point of contact between employees and management for any issues that arise
Person Specification
Bachelor Degree (or significant work experience)
At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role with proven experience of recruitment, training, managing and development of employees
Excellent working knowledge of employment law and policies in the Philippines
Excellent English language communication skills (written and verbal)
Excellent interpersonal skills including negotiation and diplomacy
Well organised and good attention to detail
Ability to take direction as well as work independently
Ability and willingness to utilise project management and time tracking software
