Technical & Organizational Specialist (Web Developer, Data Manager)

About the Role:
We’re looking for a Technical & Organizational Specialist who can take ownership of tasks like website development, data organization, and backend operations. While we expect proficiency in most areas, if you’re still learning in one field, that’s okay—we value expertise in the rest and a willingness to improve.

In this role, you’ll ensure smooth technical operations, effective data management, and streamlined processes across multiple businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain WordPress and Shopify websites, ensuring functionality and user-friendliness.
Organize data and accounts across multiple companies using Excel/Google Sheets, and prepare clear, actionable reports.
Perform SEO tasks, including keyword research, content optimization, and improving rankings.
What We’re Looking For:

Proficiency in most areas:
Website development (WordPress, Shopify, HTML/CSS).
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets for organizing and analyzing data.
SEO tools and techniques (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs).
Openness to grow in one area: If you’re highly skilled in most fields but still learning in one, we’re happy to support your growth.
Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
