Job Title: Sr. UX/UI Designer

*Purpose*
To create high quality software user interface designs in accordance with the best end users experience in the aspect of look and feel of the websites and web/mobile applications to attract more visitors and users that inspire them to use the system. He/she is in-charged for beautifying our software products. He/she is the one who acts as the outer architectural design layout, which will be used by our frontend and backend developers.

Can support 1 to 5 developers

*Responsibilities*
-Ability to conceptualize the end user’s interface design for every module and feature in accordance with the requirements documented during the data gathering and analysis stage.
- Demonstrate a high level of confidence in presenting the designs within the team or with the stakeholders.
- Very proficient in Figma, AdobeXD and/or any web and mobile graphics design or any high-fidelity design tools.
- Participate in the daily scrum session.
-Proactively suggest and recommend the best designs for any module to be developed.
- Collaborate with software quality assurance test engineers, frontend and backend developers to implement and maintain high-quality web and mobile applications.

*Qualifications*
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field
-10+ years proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- 5 to 8 years working expertise in understanding of Figma, AdobeXD and any related design tools
-5 to 8 years in database architecture and implementation using any of these RDBMS such as Microsoft SQL Server, Postgres, MySQL or MongoDB both in a datacenter / company premise or a cloud-based setup.
-Experience with integrating frontend logic with backend Web APIs and automated web scrip????ng languages.
-5 to 8 years using any of these source code repositories such as Github, Gitlab or Bitbucket
-Familiarity with industry best practices for UI/UX development, focusing on security, performance, and responsiveness.

*Value Added Nice to haves*
-Experience with Material UI (MUI) is a plus.
- Implement and customize components to enhance the overall design and user interface.
- Familiarity with Python, TypeScript, Vue.js for improved code maintainability and developer experience.
-Experience using Postman for testing and troubleshooting frontend components and Collaborate with the testing team to ensure the reliability and performance of frontend features.
