Technical Virtual Assistant

We are hiring! This is a long-term VA part time role where you can support Be Golden, a growing conscious business that is empowering people to rise in love, excellence and leadership. You will work directly with the founder.

Online Courses (facilitated & evergreen) - Pre-Recorded 6 week courses for daily practice of yoga, meditation and coaching techniques.

You Have at Least 3 Years Experience in:
Customer Service
Tech Virtual assistance
Integrations across tech platforms and CRM/List Management, Website, etc.
Data Management
Business operations
Basic Book-Keeping Skills


Business Management:
* Online Course set up/admin - manage video/learning content, registration, affiliates, lead magnet funnel, sales page set up with 3rd party system LMS Uscreen.
* Affiliates - include communicating with affiliates, sending them all needed promotional material & links as well as overseeing payout
* CRM Management & Newsletter /Email Campaigns (technical only) - Monthly layout, split testing, automation and optimization. Use re-engagement sequences. Targeted & segmented email marketing. Set up Drip Emails. Set up lead magnet funnels. List management through Active integrated with Square Space & Uscreen so all new sign ups & purchases end up on appropriate list in active. Manage integrations - potentially with Zapier integration.
* Website - update as needed and content changes, bi-weekly. Currently using Square Space. Including creating tickets (registration & payment) for paid events.
* Financial - Includes monthly invoicing & AR management. Monthly Uploads of bank transactions to Quick Books & Categorizing income & expenses. Downloading & uploading invoices & receipts from accounting software & email box & uploading/organizing into various folders on Gdrive. (small operation takes about 6 hours a month).
* Customer Service Support - warm & friendly customer service emails based on FAQ’s and other training material provided.
Developing and documenting SOP’s
