Provider Digital Integration Officer

Job Responsibilities:

- Educate HMO members about their coverage during hospital admissions.
- Facilitate hospital admissions and discharges through face-to-face visits for EastWest Healthcare members.
- Handle check payment transmittals and deliveries.
- Process and maintain accurate customer billing information.
- Generate invoices and statements promptly.
- Monitor and track accounts receivable, ensuring overdue payments are collected.
- Professionally communicate with customers via phone, email, or mail to resolve billing issues.
- Apply late fees and penalties per company policy and escalate unresolved accounts as necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of all collection activities and prepare reports on performance metrics.
- Perform additional duties assigned by the immediate superior.

Qualifications:

- Male applicant, preferably with own motorcycle
- Pleasing personality; height is an advantage
- Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor of Science course
- Experience in HMO, hospital, or clinic settings is a plus
- Proficient in computer applications (Microsoft Office, Excel, Smartsheet)
- Strong communication skills
