Walmart Product Sourcing Specialist (WFS)

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Walmart Product Sourcing Specialist to help identify and source profitable products for resale on Walmart using the Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) program. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Walmart's marketplace, supplier negotiation, and product profitability analysis.

Responsibilities:

Research and identify profitable products suitable for Walmart's WFS program.
Analyze market trends, competition, and demand to source high-performing products.
Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain a product portfolio with strong profit margins and ROI.
Ensure all sourced products meet Walmart's guidelines and quality standards.
Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing performance and opportunities.
Qualifications:

Proven experience sourcing products for Walmart Marketplace or similar platforms.
Familiarity with Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) requirements and processes.
Strong analytical skills for assessing product profitability and ROI.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
Guidelines for Success:

Profit Margin: Target a minimum profit margin of 20%-30?ter all fees.
ROI: Aim for a return on investment (ROI) of at least 50%-70%.
Focus on products with consistent demand, low competition, and minimal return rates.
Prioritize sourcing products in categories with lower Walmart fulfillment fees.
Ensure all products are compliant with Walmart's marketplace policies and meet quality standards.
