We are a growing, close-knit team, with six Filipino employees already contributing to our success.

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Engineer to join our remote team. This role involves identifying and reaching out to potential B2B customers, building relationships, and driving sales of our energy solutions. If you have strong communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and thrive in a commission-based role, this could be your opportunity to make a significant impact—and income!

Key Responsibilities

Proactively contact potential B2B customers, such as campervan manufacturers, boat builders, food truck owners, and other related industries.
Understand customer needs and recommend tailored energy solutions using our products (batteries, solar panels, etc.).
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing or self-sourced.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively sell and support customers.
Skills & Experience

Strong sales or customer service experience (B2B experience preferred).
Basic technical understanding of batteries, solar panels, or energy solutions (training provided).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory)

Previous experience selling technical or energy-related products.
Familiarity with the campervan, boating, or food truck industries.
Work Details

Hours: Flexible schedule, but must be available to respond to inquiries and follow up promptly during Philippine or Australian working hours.
Communication: Must respond to emails and messages within 24 hours (excluding weekends/holidays).
Performance Monitoring

Weekly check-ins and sales progress updates.
Compensation

Base Salary: $4/hour.
Commission: Uncapped 5% commission on sales, with significant earning potential. Many successful hires earn multiple times their hourly rate from commissions.
