The Role
We’re looking for a tea ---------- mber who thrives on building relationships, surprising and delighting others, and paying attention to the small details that make a big impact. This is a remote role, perfect for someone who is passionate about hospitality, creative problem-solving, and creating an exceptional client experience.

What You’ll Do
Enhance Client Relationships: Find thoughtful ways to build connections with clients, leads, and referral partners, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated throughout their journey.
Create Memorable ---------- nts: Plan and execute initiatives that surprise and delight clients, whether through personalized gifts, creative communications, or unique experiences.
Engage and Retain Referral Partners: Nurture relationships with our referral partners by identifying ways to keep them engaged and appreciated.
Support Team Projects: Collaborate with the team on client-facing initiatives, such as onboarding experiences, milestone celebrations, and holiday outreach.
Track Key Insights: Maintain notes on client preferences, milestones, and opportunities for meaningful gestures.

Bonus Skills (Not Required)
Experience with client gifting, hospitality, or customer service.
Familiarity with CRM tools or project management software.
A background in marketing, event planning, or relationship management.
