Key Responsibilities
Schedule Management: Manage the CEO’s calendar, coordinate meetings, and prioritize tasks.
Email
Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, take notes, and ensure follow-ups are tracked.
Travel Coordination: Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations.
Project Assistance: Support ongoing projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
Research: Conduct research to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
Administrative Tasks: Handle data entry, expense tracking, and document organization.
Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail.
Tech-savvy and familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
Discreet and able to handle sensitive information professionally.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting executives in fast-paced environments.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign) is a plus.
Strong research and presentation skills.
