Eclinical Works experience (ECW) required —virtual assistant

Busy solo provider Urology Practice looking for an energetic self-starter to handle all aspects of the front office with a pleasant smile and demeanor at all times. Multi-tasking ability (several phones lines, EMR- ECLINICAL WORKS/ECW EXPERIENCE REQUIREDD , scheduling, previsit verifying eligibility and benefits, determining copays/deductibles etc with Availity. Excellent phone etiquette customer service oriented, triaging calls. Computer literate and a problem solver with the ability to work independently to keep the office flow running smoothly. Excellent organizational skills with ATTENTION TO DETAIL, strong work ethic and dependable. Background check will be done.

MUST HAVE AT LEAST ONE YEAR MEDICAL FRONT OFFICE EXPERIENCE
INSURANCE ELIGIBILITY AND VERIFICATION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
