Job Title: Full-Time LinkedIn Engagement Specialist

Location: Remote (AU/NZ Time Zone Preferred)

Our client is a fast-growing organisation that partners with founders to help them scale sustainably. Their LinkedIn presence is a key part of their growth strategy, and they are looking for a dedicated LinkedIn Engagement Specialist to take ownership of their LinkedIn activity and help them connect meaningfully with their target audience in Australia and New Zealand.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and organised LinkedIn Engagement Specialist to manage our client's LinkedIn strategy full-time. This role requires building connections, conducting outreach, managing responses, and fostering engagement to grow their online presence, build relationships, and identify potential business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

LinkedIn Management:

Manage and grow the client’s LinkedIn presence, targeting Australian and New Zealand businesses.
Conduct cold outreach to connect with target companies and individuals.
Respond to messages and comments promptly and professionally.

Community Engagement:

Engage with posts related to relevant keywords by commenting and interacting.
Use pre-prepared engagement phrases to maintain a consistent tone of voice.
Follow and engage with a list of high-priority companies.

Content and Reporting:

Post updates and announcements consistently based on an agreed content calendar.
Track and summarise potential business opportunities for the leadership team.

Lead Nurturing:

Maintain detailed records of conversations, responses, and progress using Google Sheets.
Identify follow-up opportunities and ensure timely communication with potential leads.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the team via Slack for communication and updates.
Provide regular reports on engagement performance and trends.

Requirements:

Experience managing LinkedIn profiles and using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for outreach.
Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to stay organised and track multiple conversations and touchpoints.
Familiarity with Google Sheets for tracking outreach progress.
Ability to collaborate effectively with a remote team using Slack.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with the Australian and New Zealand business landscape.
Experience with LinkedIn outreach strategies that comply with platform policies.
Understanding of how to use VPNs or similar tools to mitigate multi-login risks.
