Job Details
As the Executive Assistant, you will work directly with the CEO, delivering high-level administrative support essential for smooth daily operations. Your role will include a variety of responsibilities such as calendar management, communication, digital marketing, website design work, and organizational tasks, all of which help enable the CEO to concentrate on strategic initiatives and company growth.
We’re looking for a self-motivated individual who is passionate about supporting the growth and success of a small business. Strong attention to detail, effective communication, and excellent organizational skills are essential. A genuine enthusiasm for helping others and engaging with people is highly valued.

Time requirement
8am - 5pm Pacific time (1 hour lunch)

Responsibilities
Effective in using Elementor, WordPress, and Figma to design websites
Able to understand and write code in order to design website elements and code/edit WordPress plugins
Comfortable using Figma to design reports using Semrush/SEO software
Proficient in English to craft project proposals and write website copy.
Proficient in learning new software: Squarespace, Shopify, etc., when needed
Maintain and update the CEO’s to-do lists, providing timely reminders to ensure important tasks are completed
Work with other employees to ensure delivery of requests on time
Manage and update the company’s website to ensure information is current and reflects the company’s offerings and values
Take on data entry, database related projects as they come up
Manage daily administrative tasks
Be flexible and willingness to take on different projects as they come up
Must be able to handle confidential and sensitive information with honesty and integrity
Requirements for consideration
Excellent English Written and Verbal Communication Skills
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Skilled in using Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.) to streamline communication, collaboration, and productivity
2+ Years of administrative experience is preferred
Experience managing company’s social media and creative content creation
Comfortable with conducting independent research
Ability to use empathy, inquiry, courtesy, and a proactive, outcome-focused approach to solving issues, both verbally and in written communication
High-speed internet / Stable internet
Ability commit to long term employment
