Senior Product Owner/ Scrum Master ($2,000/month)

Position Overview
We're seeking an experienced Product Owner to join our technology team and lead multiple software development projects. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership capabilities, and deep expertise in Agile methodologies to drive product success and team performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product backlog for multiple concurrent software projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs
- Lead sprint planning, refinement sessions, and retrospectives while working closely with development teams
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, development teams, and customers
- Provide consulting services to customers, helping them optimize their processes and maximize value from our solutions
- Write and maintain detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Make data-driven decisions about feature prioritization and resource allocation
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, and business teams
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Conduct regular product demos and gather feedback from stakeholders
- Support the continuous improvement of Agile practices within the organization

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in software development
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple complex software projects
- Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks and their practical application
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in stakeholder management and customer relationship building
- Demonstrated ability to influence and lead without direct authority

Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced certifications in Agile methodologies (SAFe, PMI-ACP)
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
- Background in software development or engineering
- Experience in consulting or process improvement
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles
