Listing Optimization:
Create and optimize property listings on
Ensure SEO-friendly content to increase visibility and bookings.
Pricing and Availability Management:
Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies.
Manage availability calendars and ensure inventory is accurate.
Apply promotions, discounts, and deals to attract guests during specific periods.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor and analyze booking trends, performance metrics, and guest reviews.
Provide regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.
Guest Communication:
Stay updated with
Ensure compliance with
Coordination with Teams:
Work closely with property managers, housekeeping, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations.
Communicate regularly about bookings, cancellations, and special requests.
Requirements:
Proven experience managing listings on
Strong understanding of
Knowledge of revenue management and dynamic pricing strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple listings simultaneously.
Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) and channel managers is a plus.
Customer service experience and the ability to resolve guest issues promptly.
Proficiency in analytics tools and creating performance reports.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with OTAs like Airbnb, Vrbo, and Expedia.
Knowledge of SEO strategies for property listings.
Familiarity with the local market and seasonal trends (if location-specific).
