Full-Time Video Editor

My media company needs a Video Editor to create 15-20 videos a month for a client we have.
The videos needing to be created are 3-8 minutes long on average. One video can easily be completed in a day's work.


MUST HAVES:
Excellent Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
Good Communication
Ability to read and write in fluent English

Here's an example of the style of video you'll be creating. Very minimal, simple course videos.

PAY STRUCTURE:
I'm willing to pay a full time salary of $450/month for 15 complete videos per month.

Most video edits take around 3-6 hours and the monthly salary averages out to $30/video. There may be some months with less than 15 videos needed, and some with more. On months with MORE than 15 videos needed, you'll earn an ADDITIONAL $30/video. On months with less than 15 videos needed, you'll still earn a minimum salary of $450.
