Senior UI/UX Designer - Tech Company (SaaS Experience Required)

Position Overview
We're looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to create intuitive and engaging user experiences for our SaaS applications. You'll lead design initiatives from concept to implementation, balancing user needs with business goals.

WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR A GRAPHIC DESIGNER OR A WEB SITE DESIGNER/BUILDER. WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH SAAS and WEB APPLICATION EXPERIENCE.

Core Responsibilities
- Design intuitive user interfaces and experiences for SaaS products
- Create User Journey Flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Collaborate with product and development teams
- Optimize existing interfaces based on user feedback

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience in SaaS applications
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design process
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools
- Experience with prototyping and user testing
- Understanding of web design principles and accessibility
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
