Graphic Designer for website visuals and email designs

We're looking for an experienced designer to work collaboratively with and improve our brand's designs including visual assets for our website, designs for our email marketing, and additional assets as needed (facebook ads, etc). This is a steady, hourly position with long-term potential for the right candidate.

Your main tasks:
- Design website visuals based on UI/UX best practices
- Create engaging email templates that drive sales
- Collaborate with marketing to make attention grabbing digital ads
- Help evolve our brand while maintaining its core identity

We're looking for:
- Strong portfolio showing email/website designs
- Ability to understand and improve existing brand styles
- Familiarity working with colorful and fun branding
- Great communication and reliability with deadlines
