Social Media/Content Creator

We are seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Content Creator & Video Editor to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a creative environment and has a passion for storytelling through engaging content. Your primary responsibility will be to take raw video footage and turn it into captivating, polished content for social media platforms, while contributing to the ideation and creation of new, original content.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit raw video footage provided by the company into high-quality, engaging content tailored for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
-Brainstorm and develop creative content ideas that align with the brand's voice and goals.
Add visual effects, graphics, and sound to enhance video content.
-Research trends in social media and video editing to ensure content stays relevant and engaging.
Collaborate with the employer to ensure videos meet brand guidelines and objectives.-Manage and organize raw footage and completed projects for easy access and future use.
Occasionally create original content from scratch, including short clips, infographics, or animations.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in video editing and content creation for social media platforms (portfolio required).
Proficiency with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or equivalent).
Basic knowledge of graphic design and experience using tools like Canva or Photoshop is a plus.
Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Excellent storytelling skills and an eye for detail.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate fresh ideas.
Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to accept and incorporate feedback into content revisions.
