Senior Software Application Developer

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Information Technology or related field.
- Technical Certifications or Certifications in Information Systems or Management a plus.
- Minimum of ten years prior relevant experience.Applicants must be willing to work in BGC,Taguig.
- Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
- Employment Type: 3 month consultancy pilot to permanency.
- Schedule: Night Shift

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• Excellent knowledge of software programming languages, design, debugging, and testing.
• Knowledge of Object Oriented Programming principles, extensive knowledge of web design and development, as well as proficiency with Microsoft technologies is a must.
• Strong knowledge of VB.Net or C#.Net is required. VB.NET would be preferred.
• Experience with report writing, preferably using MS SSRS, is required.
• Experience with Mobile development is a plus.
• Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle and related processes.
• Precise at analyzing information and capable of solving complex problems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to clearly communicate with all levels within the organization.
• A solid team player who can work collaboratively with all members of the team in person and remotely.
• Easily adapts to change, works independently and requires minimal supervision.
• Self-starter that can work independently, meet timelines and obtain guidance when appropriate.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Confer with systems analysts and other senior IT team members to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces. Create viable solutions including design, development and testing of those solutions put forth. Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
• Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, mock ups, code comments and clear code.
• Thoroughly unit test solution and deliver timely results.
• Improve operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in design or implementation approach if needed.
• Update job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Protect operations by keeping information confidential.
• Accomplish team and organization mission by completing related results, and producing good quality code in a timely manner.
