Job Title: Executive and HR Admin Assistant (Remote - Philippines)
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Filipino Executive and HR Admin Assistant to support the operations of our two wellness companies. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Applicant Screening
Source, hire, and prescreen candidates for various positions within the company.
Conduct video interviews, effectively challenge and assess candidates’ skills and qualifications.
Calendar Management
Manage the executive’s daily, weekly, and monthly calendar.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and other commitments.
Meeting Preparation
Prepare meeting documents and ensure readiness ahead of time.
Coordinate agendas and materials for meetings on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Data Reporting and Metrics
Analyze, condense, and present reports on data and metrics critical to business operations.
Personal Assistance
Arrange travel itineraries, meals, and personal plans as needed.
Performance Review
Evaluate and provide feedback on company tools to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in executive assistance, HR administration, or a similar role.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and other relevant tools.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
A proactive attitude and ability to work independently.

Location: Remote (Philippines)
Work Hours: Flexible, with the ability to accommodate U.S. time zones when needed.
