Chatsmith Online Services is looking for Chat Support Representatives with the following skill set:
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal chat etiquette skills
• Experience in lead generation and sales is an advantage
• Strong oral/written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience in conducting research online
• Must be computer literate and type at least 30 WPM
• Must be willing to work graveyard shift, shifting schedules, holidays and weekends
