Experienced Facebook Ads Manager

I am looking for an experienced facebook ads manager to create a lead generation campaign on an attachment quiz and inner child email sequence to a membership funnel which enrols people into my monthly membership. Ideally, I am looking for someone who has experience running lead generation campaigns, can help with targeting, ad creative, copy, optimisation and management. If we are able to reach our goals and get a return on ad spend, then I will hire the right person to manage this on a monthly basis.
