Join Our Team as a Virtual Sales Assistant!

Are you a people person with a knack for sales and a passion for providing outstanding customer service? We're looking for a dedicated Virtual Sales Assistant to become part of our growing chiropractic practice!

We are a well-established, fast-paced, and high-performing practice with a patient base that’s 90?sh-based (and 10% out-of-network insurance). Our office environment is friendly, supportive, and rooted in our mission to educate and heal our community. With plans to expand to two locations in the US, there’s no better time to join our dynamic team!

What You’ll Do:
As our Virtual Sales Assistant, you’ll play a key role in:

Cold Calling & Lead Conversion: Engaging potential patients and driving appointment bookings.
New Patient Support: Assisting with inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups.
Existing Patient Care: Helping with appointment rescheduling, missed appointment follow-ups, and general support.
Administrative Assistance: Supporting our team with desk tasks, paperwork, and maintaining online shared folders.
Who You Are:

A pro at phone-based sales with excellent communication and manners.
Tech-savvy with basic Windows computer skills.
Highly organized, adaptable, and self-motivated.
Ready to learn – no prior experience in the medical field is required!
