Shopify Store Manager - Fashion Dropshipping Business

We're seeking an experienced Shopify Store Manager to join our growing fashion dropshipping business specializing in men's and women's clothing in Australia.
Position Overview
As our Shopify Store Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our online fashion store, working closely with our customer service agent to drive growth and optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize our Shopify store, including complete product listings with accurate descriptions, images, and size charts
Create engaging ad creatives for our marketing campaigns
Set up, manage, and optimize Facebook advertising campaigns
Provide regular performance reports and analytics, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities
Collaborate with our customer service agent and our supplier to ensure seamless operations
Proactively identify and implement strategies to maximize profits and store efficiency

Required Experience & Skills

Proven experience managing a Shopify store, particularly in fashion/apparel
Strong understanding of product listing optimization and content creation
Demonstrated expertise in Facebook advertising and creative development
Experience with e-commerce analytics and reporting
Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear updates and recommendations
Strategic mindset with a focus on business optimization and profit maximization
Experience in fashion dropshipping is a plus
